He Earned It! - Visitor's Scrapbooking Layout

Scrapbook Page Featuring Photographed Memorabilia

Scrapbook Page Featuring Photographed Memorabilia

I wanted to include my son's scouting shirt and scarves in his Scouting Years album but faced the challenge of how to get such large pieces of memorabilia onto an album page that I could then print for his book.

The solution was to personally scan the smaller components and then to individually photograph the larger elements which I then digitally resized in my Adobe PhotoShop program. All images were arranged in layers on the screen and then flattened and printed to create the finished page. You can also print and cutout the image pieces to traditionally scrap the page.

NOTE: Personally scanned/photographed Boy Scouts of America memorabilia compilations for non-commercial personal use. Does not infringe on the BSA copyright.

Great idea for memoriablia
by: Anonymous

Great idea, now if I can just remember some of the things that I wanted to do similar to this, but never figured out how. At least in the future I will know. What a nice memory page.
