Tape Transfer Look - Visitor's Scrapbook Tip

To create a cool edgy look take a small picture you like (works best with one from magazine) and cover with scotch tape (placing tape going in same direction barely overlapping on the side you can see the picture). Then, flip the picture over and add a few drops of water on it rubbing on the back of picture, repeat a few times. Leave picture to dry. Then remove tape and place tape transfer on a piece of card stock. And now you're done and you have a tape transfer! Happy scrapping :)
